Provided stability and an identity for this team to fall back on as the offense juggled injuries and inconsistency. Forever appreciative for him taking this defense to elite levels. Gave us something really good to build upon in a transition to a more aggressive/physical style that we frankly were not equipped to run his first few years. The Rivalry Chessmaster. Perusing Juluke’s offer list at Florida last year and some that caught my eye: Girard Pringle Jr.: 3rd most carries on Miami’s depth chart (by about 50 carries) with a junior and sophomore in front of him. Still performed this year, averaging 6.2 yds on 58 carries. Good hands out of the backfield too, 4 catches for 53 yards. Harlem Berry: Notably his parents were public about wanting Frank Wilson retained and that did not happen. Genuinely thought Lefau would be a captain next year. Consistent starter, dawg mentality, had some media responsibilities this year. That one is confounding (without knowing what's gone on behind the scenes). Major rebuild at LB needed all of a sudden (as opposed to just an experienced role player).

@Gerry Hamilton has always maintained he was a better athlete than his role on the field may have shown. Wouldn’t shock me if his combine/pro day numbers are pretty darn good.

What are the chances Jaden Greathouse hits the portal this year? Weird year with injury. But I’m not super convinced it was an injury that needed to keep him out as long as it did. And even early in the season, his usage was weird. Over the course of the season, despite the improvement of Carr, their best receivers’ stats don’t blow you away. Any chance he looks around for a more dynamic offense?
