Why? He was smart to let the first punt go and that last punt was likely to get worse. Their punter is just doing a really good job.

Punter has been Florida’s best player. Have yet to have good field position. Having to really stretch these drives.

No need to be rude towards Holly. She’s not really done anything wrong and for all we know her reaction was probably less towards Sark and more towards ESPN production screwing up. She was unable to do her job. And she’s said nothing negative about Sark, Arch, or Texas that I’ve seen.

While it’s all been sensationalized and overblown, I’d bet money his family had him on the phone with Holly as soon as they saw the clip. Dumb mistake by a kid, who doesn’t need to be crucified for it. But I do think as a dad I’d encourage my son to apologize to Holly directly for any disrespect (because it’s the right thing to do but also she’s a professional and those connections matter), make it known that you did, and move on. A funny aspect of all this is that he’s said he’s not on social media generally so he definitely found out this blew up via texts from friends/family.

I’m in the “you should never boo your own team” camp and especially not the players themselves. Thought it was exceedingly dumb and entitled on Saturday.
