  1. Lane dealing with the LSU media will be entertaining at least
  2. This is true. Committee has said as much too. But one interesting scenario would be if there’s something to the DeBoer to Penn St rumors. The committee has also said they’d consider availability of players and coaches so if he bolts, especially after losing badly to Georgia in the championship game, who knows
  3. We’ve devolved to “I know you are but what am I?”
  4. Yes but that’s a lot of new coaches. Also tough to say before portal madness. Home games should be manageable. To make the playoff have to lose no more than two of: Ohio State, Oklahoma, and the four road games. Not easy.
  5. Meanwhile lame duck Eric Morris is coaching North Texas vs Tulane and Sumrall, who may or may not coach the game, for an automatic bid. What a joke.
  6. I did not expect a natty.
  7. Agree. Disappointment ≠ waste. Yes the losses sucked but there were some great moments. And more importantly I got to share those with my family and you freaks on this site. Viewing that as a waste sounds like a miserable way to live.
  8. Playoff sure. Bowl game nah
  9. Y’all don’t miss those epic games in Ames?
  10. We do have them next year.
  11. 45-38 fake military farmers sadly
  12. Is this the one Bobby’s been hinting at?
  13. CPF is a very long shot. Here's how it breaks down - I agree Texas will be 15. Even though the CFP has 12 teams, Texas needs to be in the top 10 because two lower ranked conference champs will take up two spots. For that to happen, next week 5 of these 7 teams need to lose - OU Notre Dame Alabama BYU Utah Miami Vanderbilt Then Texas Tech needs to win the Big 12 so that conference only takes one spot. There are some other weird long shot scenarios that could open up a spot - Texas Tech losing next week and in the CC to BYU Miami beating Pitt then winning the ACC championship (both Virginia and SMU have to lose for Miami to make it). Texas jumps one of the seven higher ranked teams above even if they win If Oregon or Ole Miss gets blown out, maybe Texas jumps them, but I doubt it. So basically root against all seven of the teams above. But really just beat aggie.
  14. Miami would be the second ACC team. They’re unlikely to make the championship game and where they’re ranked, they win and they’re in ahead of us.
