I don't know how you can be "checked out" as a college coach working 18 hour days, traveling across the country to recruit on bye weeks, etc. I don't know the extent of the truth to the rumor but it's very evident people are getting too wound up about what was initially posted at the bottom of a long article in the Athletic.
