  1. My dad went to Reagan and enjoyed the interview too. Evidently he met Brad a time or two and had some friends in common. Got this text after the interview. I remember him riding up to a party on a motorcycle and Tommy Walker saying, “ what’s that big guy picking on that motorcycle “. It was a Kawasaki 350, not a small bike. Brad was a real friendly guy.
  2. Very little excitement when there is this much expected. Mostly fear, dread, and anxiety. I remember 2008 being an absolute ball. 2009 was a slog of a season with very little upside. I anticipate this season feeling more like 2009. Cheers!
  3. The year before the year. Finished 9-1-1 and AP #4
  4. That was a pea. Hit the Rudy’s sign on a line.
  5. 2006 Texas at Nebraska. Horns down 20-19, Nebraska with the ball running out the clock with 2 minutes left. We’ve already started using timeouts so another first down will ice the game. 3rd and 3, Nebraska pass complete for 7 yards. If the receiver goes down it’s game over but Aaron Ross dislodges the ball as soon as possession is established. Horns recover, get a couple first downs, and kick the game winning field goal.
  6. Wahoos with the momentum and big crowd advantage.
  7. Page 1 of a mega thread. Just settle in and get comfy.
  8. The Mt Rushmore has three absolute locks that should be indisputable. Bobby Layne Tommy Nobis Vince Young are undeniable and should be on the list for any Longhorn fan or serious CFB onlooker. #4 is a tough call between Earl and Ricky, but I’d edge it to Earl ever so slightly.
  9. Best ability is availability! Can’t make the club from the tub.
  10. The point is Jonah himself should make the sensible decision of choosing one. We all had to drop sports and ultimately retire from athletics. My decisions came during little league 😂. Congrats to Jonah for making it this far.
  11. Thanks. It seems like we have an abundance of quality corners and a lack of safeties. At least during spring and perhaps continuing into the fall. Do you think any of the corners should rep a little at saftey? And do you think any will?
  12. Big X Tha Plug, WR prospect.
