  1. He handled himself with class even if he fought to get more money for himself along the way. I’ll be rooting for him no matter where he ends up… other than OU, A&M, or Georgia 😒
  2. He was carried by Skattebo last year. Had a solid game against Tech this year where they lost their QB and they were able to control the clock. Showed his backside when the going got tough and eventually quit on his team. Perfect fit for Kiffin and LSU.
  3. With a name like King Large available, Kyle Flood must be pleading his case to bring him in.
  4. I guarantee you that they're all aware of these public statements and likely some non public ones as well. We aren't breaking any news here with how we stack up to any of the other teams in playoff consideration.
  5. Campbell would have been a good hire about 5 years ago. I don't think he's a good fit for Penn St. and that fanbase's expectations. He better handle the media and hecklers a lot better in Happy Valley. He'll also be dealing with a different level of athletes over there. I'll have my popcorn ready.
  6. Forced retirement? 58 seems a bit soon to bail. Maybe he’ll go back to North Dakota State or somewhere around that level.
  7. Context matters. Gotta consider what else happened that week and who they moved ahead of.
  8. I like Wingo, I just think he’s a luxury guy moreso than a reliable one. Let’s not forget, Worthy went bananas as soon as he stepped on campus with his opportunity. Wingo was force fed this season and mostly wilted under the expectations. If we can bring in an NFL talented guy or two and give them the opportunity to boost their draft stock like we did with Golden, Bond, and Mitchell, that would be ideal.
  9. If you can’t trust No3 sports, then who can you?
  10. That would be a very disappointing rotation for next year. Mosley should be our chain moving #3 guy. If Wingo wants to prove it here at a reduced number and no guaranteed role, cool. Livingstone is a solid depth guy. We’ll see on McCutcheon. Gotta bring in some dawgs at WR, and preferably one of them has some twitch.
  11. No one is on the team next year until they are. Those guys didn’t come here for free and they won’t stay for free. We need to maximize our resources to built the best roster and culture we can for next year and hopefully it’ll be done in a way that is sustainable moving forward.
  12. This Texas team is probably 11-1 with last year’s schedule. Ran into Florida on the road at the wrong time with secondary and OL issues. Unfortunately it won’t matter, but at least we’ll have a jump on the portal and recruiting like the other teams did last year while we were making our playoff run. Lasting vibes for this team into the offseason are positives and “what coulda been” especially if we go dominate a decent team in the bowl game.
  13. Similar aspects to their game. Broughton had a much leaner/thinner lower body at this point in his development though. If Carlton can handle the physicality, I like the potential
  14. Best of luck to him. Hopefully we can get a guy who might actually stick at tackle to take his spot.
  15. Hell of a shot by Rori there. Great team win.
  16. Max Wright is my guess
  17. I’ll say at RB, it would be nice to get a guy like kewan lacy, Caleb Hawkins, or Bryson Washington if he doesn’t head to the NFL. Wouldn’t surprise me to see Hawkins follow Morris to OKSt though. At WR, Jayce Brown would be interesting if he’s cheap enough. I think he’d do well in this offense. The Scudero guy from SJSU is tiny, but would also be interesting if he could survive a hit or two.
  18. We really need a hybrid TE who can be a respectable blocker and do enough as a pass catcher. Washington needs more work and hopefully one of Winston or Townsend pop, but getting a TE/H-Back who can deliver in the running game and provide value in the passing game would be huge for this team next year.
  19. Hopefully that’s mayo considering who this Hi is likely for.
  20. What this team really needs is more overpriced true freshman receivers. Lott is good, but is worth blowing your budget on? Enjoy Eugene, play about 3-5 games a year and stack your money buddy.
  21. Having Sark as an A- for offense is inaccurate. Especially when putting Day and Kiffin as a B+ there. There are plenty of other aspects of that chart I disagree with, but that direct comparison is one that I’ll point out.
  22. Hopefully it translates to on-field success. No one would even be talking about it if our team wasn’t underperforming
  23. Can’t fault the man for looking to get a pay day and get some film on a bigger stage for the draft
  24. You rebuild the team every year. He failed to build a good one this year. Needs to reassess his entire program with an open mind if he’s going to make it past next year. He should start with himself. I’m not optimistic, but I thank him for all the work he’s done to improve the national perception of our program the last 3 years. He needs to either redouble his efforts to that end, or step aside.
  25. He doesn’t stop being a gameday commentator when the cameras stop rolling. We are responsible for the things we say and do on social media when it comes to our jobs and the companies we represent.
