    I personally don't think film guy knows his ass from his elbow. He is drinking the Georgia Kool aid because they've been great during his personal rise to fame. I think they will play their best but haven't played good defense most of the year and I'm not convinced their secondary doesn't suck. Gunner Stockton got knocked out cold versus Texas. For anyone to feel extremely confident in Georgia over Texas must be tied to the mob. Let's see it on Saturday.

    Autocorrect got me. Tre Wisner is a smaller back but runs with the heart and determination of Warrick Dunn.

    For sure and I know this is a different season and styles make fights but not many teams could run on Oklahoma, Trey Wisner has been a Warrick running type warrior. Tre played well vs a and m last year and struggled vs Georgia. I believe in that dude and hope CJ Baxter is feeling fresh to come out and play some big time football. It's now or never, ladies and gentlemen.

    The negativity by fans internally for a pre season #1 team who still has its destiny in front of it and has shown leaps and bounds of improvement while finally getting healthy is amazing. Sure there have been some disappointments but Texas is in the SEC playing with the big boys now. There's not a single team out there that hasn't had lapses except Ohio State and Texas was right there with them in their house and that Texas team didn't have an identity yet. Yes A and M and Indiana are undefeated but they have weaknesses as well. The Aggies have been brutal trying to stop the run. These final three games are crucial, pretty much what we always wanted them to be. Go out and win and you're in. This team can play with anybody.

    I thought Hayden Conner, Jake Majors, Christian Jones among others all improved significantly under Flood. They lost four pros on the o line from last year who had a lot of continuity together. No doubt this year has been rough but I don't think it's been a development issue until this year. I think Goosby has developed well but the Brooks experiment at Guard was a mistake.

    While the o line has struggled, their previous investments/assessments, player development and player retention will probably be a factor in portal shopping. Is there a guaranteed player that steps in and starts right away? If so I think we could see some movement. Internally I think they have high hopes for Cruz, Baker, and Brooks among others.We saw Oregon bring in RB Makhi Hughes for a pretty penny who has opted to red shirt due to lack of playing time. Sometimes the guys in the room just need a little time and experience to develop. Hopefully that's the case with this Texas OL. I'm not as low on Flood as most people I guess.

    They definitely have great athletes but they are new athletes, developing athletes. Id stick with the last five which is the best I think Texas has to offer. Goosby, Hutson, Robertson, Campbell and Baker. Id prefer stroh over Brooks at guard. I think connor Stroh is a better guard than Nick Brooks no doubt about it.

    I'm not in the room and I'm hard headed. Why would they ever even think of utilizing Nick Brooks as a guard? I asked it when they did it and in my opinion as much as we want to kiss his ass on upside hes an absolute liability at left guard as a true freshman.

    Well said. He stepped up in the pocket rather than overextending laterally and delivered the ball with great confidence. He looked absolutely great.
