  1. Did anyone stand out from a vocal/leadership position as far as taking the lead in drills or going above and beyond in any capacity worth noting?
  2. Last night they had referenced Chase Calicut had privately verbally committed to Texas so that hi became a bye in the NIL era... Will see how things go during the season with some of these kids.
  3. I appreciate the discourse and discussion, no need to move along down the road. From a birds eye view perspective... How smart was Texas to load up on the offensive line as well as wide receivers for Arch to develop with versus the chase now for big boy recruiting in the SEC? Honestly tremendous timing and planning by Texas administration where for the first time in a long time despite it being a small chance, I will be very disappointed not winning a national title. Back to back final fours, now a unicorn at QB. Things couldn't be better imo.
  4. The best dynasties have always controlled the line or scrimmage. Jerry Rice certainly won titles but as collegiate football becomes more pay to play, Randy Moss , Terrell Owens, Calvin Johnson, Julio Jones, Larry Fitzgerald never won Superbowls. No fault of their own but this staff is prioritizing the appropriate positions imo.
  5. Shall we pour Titos in the babys bathwater before we pour it out? Obviously I'm kidding. See me in December when Texas is rolling. Not to hate on these other teams but their Quarterback rooms don't look like ours quite frankly.
  6. He's telling us to relax #RecruitThroughTheWhistle
  7. James Johnson, the #1 ranked 2026 defensive lineman, will announce his commitment on June 28th between 1 and 2 p.m., according to On3.com. His finalists are Florida, Georgia, Miami, and Texas.
  8. Ahhh that explains why he fell to the 7th round...
  9. Excellent addition. Cat Osterman was excited for this one on X.
  10. If he goes to Oklahoma like Aliyah Chavez we blame @Blake Munroe
  11. I got a go Big Mike on this one!
  12. I saw Sam Ehlinger just committed to Florida State for a whopping 22 million per year... And Quinn Ewers is taking the bag to go to Ohio State as recently as two hours ago... Facebooks sports reporting has duped too many elderly people the past few years.
  13. I have heard Richie Wesley also took less NIL than what was on the table to commit to Texas. Kids that bet on themselves by coming into this program won't regret it. Of the elite recruiting classes that Texas has had the past few years the attrition rate has been relatively low all things considered. Had Sydir Mitchell known Bo Davis was going to the saints he probably wouldn't have gone there. The culture at Texas is phenomenal and Arch is a great example.
  14. Thus the Tito's bottle on coffee and football 😂 Thanks for all you do Gerry. 🤘
  15. Will you be catching passes for Arch today? 😂 Looks like a nice day out there, interested in how Sellers and Altmyer look if you get a chance to see them.
  16. Glad you made it safely, CJ. Thank you for the pictures! Excited to see who stands out there to you this week.
  17. Question that maybe y'all can answer here or on today's show ... Emmett Mosleys brother Trent Mosley is currently a WR in the 2026 class who is committed to USC. Has Texas ever been in touch with Trent and could yall see Texas making a run at him by signing Day? Thank you
  18. Calling Fears the next Kyrie Irving is such a horrific take. Please take this man off the broadcast.
  19. Stephen A stood on the table for Oklahomas Fears... So we know he will suck at the NBA level.
  20. Teams blow their wad early like the bad teams in free agency overpay in the NFL. I trust in Sark and this staffs allocation of resources and scouting. I also wouldn't rule out some of these guys while they recruit through their senior years.
