  1. Sark is loved by the University administration and by the big money donors if this yr ends at 8-4/7-5 and next yr is another disappointment then I believe he will be on the hot seat in 27. However I believe in the guy. I think he gets us fixed and back to 10 or 11 wins next yr and good chance at CFP. If not 27 will be a must win yr for him imho
  2. Also, I think this has more similarity to Garret Gilbert than to Bradley
  3. Bradley played a couple of yrs as starting qb before DKR turned to Street
  4. NC winning coaches and got fired
  5. Always enjoy the cheap seats from Cheese Honestly if Arch just makes 3 or 4 easy throws to crossing receivers, we would have had 100 more yards of offense and likely another 10 points. Arch is not the only problem, but he is the biggest problem.
  6. One other thing our offenses under Sark in 23/24 were pretty good not great but good here are some stats For the 2024 season, Final Offensive Ranking: Pro Football Focus (PFF) graded Texas as the 19th-best offensein 2024. Points per Game: The Longhorns averaged 33.0 points per game, ranking 29th in the nation. Total Offense: Texas gained an average of 437.5 yards per game, placing them in the top 40 nationally. Player Statistics: Passing: Quarterback Quinn Ewers threw for 3,472 yards. Rushing: Running back Quintrevion Wisner rushed for 1,064 yards. Receiving: Wide receiver Matthew Golden led the team in receiving yards with 987. Preseason ranking: Before the 2024 season, Pro Football Focus ranked Texas as the No. 2 offense in the country based on its talented roster. 2023 season The 2023 season saw the Longhorns offense rank among the nation's elite, ultimately winning the Big 12 Championship. Final Offensive Ranking: Texas finished the 2023 season with the 9th-best offense in the nation, according to Fox Sports. Points per Game: The Longhorns averaged 35.8 points per game, which ranked 15thnationally. Total Offense: The team averaged 477.5 yards per game, finishing 3rd in the Big 12 Conference and 9th nationally. Player Statistics: Passing: Quarterback Quinn Ewers threw for 3,479 yards. Rushing: Running back Jonathon Brooks rushed for 1,139 yards. Receiving: Wide receiver Xavier Worthy led the team in receiving yards with 1,014.
  7. I agree with you about RZ and third down issues. However I think QE was an excellent college qb thst ran the offense efficiently in 23/24. Certainly injuries held him back and he never threw the deep ball as well as he should have yet we won a lot of games with him including Big 12 Championship in 23 and we were 2 or 3 plays away from 1 Winning SEC Championdhip game 2 winning either or both of the semifinal games. sark needs to evolve but to me he is a top 5 college coach. He had the program going in the right direction but we have major issues in o line and at qb I suspect he will get this fixed unfortunstely hx is full of highly ranked QBs that just couldn’t perform when they got to the big stage. That list may well have Arch on it soon. As far as who can be the qb. I suspect Lacy eill be the guy but then again I thought Arch would be great. Unfortunately he isn’t even functional
  8. Oh my gosh Sark puts us in back to back semi final games that we easily could have won He may be stubborn and he may have sold his soul for arch but he is our guy i1 under performing season due to poor o line and abysmal qb play does not ruin us i think he can right the ship in a year or two The real problem is what to do with Arch? Will more experience correct a massive lack of confidence or does Sark need to encourage him to portal and get a fresh start? I think he should portal, he has the qb yips. It’s ugly
  9. Thanks Bobby A bit of adversity for our program. I hope Sark gets it straightened out. We shouldn't forget the 23/24 seasons that were terrific.
