    It is the coach job to enforce his mechanics. As a Colt fan, Peyton would often confess in his early years that Frank Reich his qb coach (ex pro qb) drilled to fix his mechanics. The one guy that all the Mannings used was David Cutliffe. Peyton ran to him after his neck surgery.

    Hire David Cutliffe as a consultant. Bring the Manning Passing Academy to the 40acre Sark is a brilliant play caller but doesn't have a clue on how to fix Arch. He had same issue in his previous jobs.

    Did he just break up with his girlfriend? What else can it be??? Unless it is his rotator cuff by the way he moves it around before he enters the field. Sark needs to come clean.

    Sark is screwed if Manning has rotator cuff spur issue. He has no backup plan

    After 3 games; I am angry to see this gifted QB, play so poorly. It is such a waste of talent and the talent around him. If he can't be self motivated than he is a bust.
