  1. McCarthy opens the Georgia seventh by taking Spencer deep to left field. Solo shot gets the Bulldogs on the board in a 5-1 game.
  2. Flores is 0-for-4 tonight with two strikeouts. Two down in the bottom of the sixth for Galvan.
  3. Spencer has only thrown 79 pitches through six. A tremendous start for the lefty.
  4. What a play by Schuessler in foul territory! He makes the catch falling down to get Texas out of the inning.
  5. Burnett wasn't happy with a called third strike and said something to the umpire. Either way, Spencer has his second out of the sixth.
  6. Spencer is going through the UGA lineup for the third time tonight.
  7. The Vols did no-hit and run rule the Aggies tonight, so there's that.
  8. UGA strikes out the side in the fifth. The Longhorns threaten after the Gasparino home run, but they leave two stranded.
  9. Righty Eric Hammond is the new pitcher for UGA.
  10. Farmer works a walk to bring up Duplantier with two on and two outs.
  11. Stewart hacks at a breaking ball for strike three. Schuessler on first with two outs for Farmer.
  12. Gasparino's seventh home run in his last six games is a two-run blast to left. Texas has a 5-0 lead, still batting with no outs in the fifth.
  13. Galvan opens the bottom of the fifth by working his second walk of the night.
  14. Spencer gets Branch to pop out to shallow center to end the threat. Georgia knocks on the door, but the Longhorns keep it shut in the top of the fifth.
  15. In other news, Texas A&M was no-hit in a 10-0, run-rule loss to Tennessee.
  16. Hunter walks and Georgia has the bases loaded with two outs.
  17. Jackson works a walk. Spencer is trying to get out of a two-on, two-out jam with a Georgia runner in scoring position.
