  6. We've discussed it, but we couldn't make it work when we last had the conversation. I love that the podcast meant something to so many people. I don't want to bring it back unless we can do it the right way.
  7. He’s now moved ahead of Dirk Nowitzki with the sixth most career points scored in NBA history. Up next is Michael Jordan in fifth place.
  8. Since Quandre Diggs is on a roster, there are Longhorns still in the NFL playoffs who've played for Mack Brown (Diggs), Charlie Strong (Diggs, Lil'Jordan Humphrey, PJ Locke, Malcolm Roach, Brandon Jones, Poona Ford and Michael Dickson), Tom Herman (Humphrey, Locke, Roach, Jones, Ford, Dickson, Jahdae Barron, Sam Ehlinger, Brenden Schooler, Jordan Whittington and Byron Murphy) and Steve Sarkisian (Barron, Schooler, Whittington, Murphy and Bill Norton).
  9. On how the Aggies were able to limit Matas, Miller said Rashaun Agee had a lot to do with it. "He was, in many ways, the difference in the game," Miller said.
  10. Miller's biggest issue with the defense is how good Texas was on defense in the first half, compared to the lapses in the second half.
  11. Miller said Texas couldn't get stops because there weren't five guys locked in at the same time when they needed to be for a full possession. "Until we're able to just do that better," he said, "we're leaving ourself very vulnerable."
  12. Miller: "I'll be shocked when I watched those first four minutes of the second half if I see a Texas team flying around... We were not that team."
  13. After the first four minutes of the second half, Miller liked the effort. What Texas didn't do, however, was get the stops it needed to turn the tide.
  14. Miller said there have been times this season where the bench has played well, but tonight wasn't one of those nights.
  15. Miller: "We're looking for high performance. That's what it takes in the SEC. Our performance wasn't at that level today."
  16. Miller, again, pointing out that it was too easy for A&M to get a few buckets in the second half. Texas wasn't able to replicate that eight-point run on the other end of the floor.
  17. Miller said the team's miscues tonight are on him more so than any of the other games this season.
  18. Miller said a decent amount of Rashaun Agee's 17 points came either on coverage breakdowns defensively or Agee getting second-chance points.
