A fielding error on Becerra doesn't come back to bite the Longhorns. Volantis gets Sirmans to ground out to second with a runner on and two outs to end the Ole Miss sixth.

Boy, Larson might not get another at-bat today. Schloss was visibly mad when Larson didn't go to third on Mendoza's grounder. Then, he gets doubled off on Tinney's high popup to center, ending the inning.

Randle makes a nice defensive play to deny Mendoza a hit. It's a 6-3 groundout with Gumbo coming home to score. It's a 6-0 lead for the Longhorns in the bottom of the fourth.

A prime example of why a box score tells you a lot, but it doesn't tell you everything. Borba was making hard contact. Unfortunately, he was hitting the ball right to people and his timing was slightly off. He worked through it and now he's raking.
