  1. Princely Umanmielen is the fourth Austin-area product to be drafted. Three of them (Barron, Collins and Mukuba) were drafted out of Texas. That's a nice change of pace.
  2. One run on three hits with one left on with for the Longhorns in the third.
  3. Gumbo Duplantier doubles off the base of the mesh wall in front of the Yeti Yard. Farmer scores easily from third and Texas has the lead, 1-0.
  4. What I caught of that crew was great. Nick Saban is great on the draft.
  5. Kiel's throw from left denies Rodriguez a double on a ball to the gap. Farmer is on third with one out... for now.
  6. Farmer is credited with a base hit on a dribbler that took a favorable hop. Texas has the leadoff man on base in the top of the third.
  7. Not much Shedeur talk on NFL Network. At least compared to what's supposedly happening on ESPN.
  8. Tommy Farmer leads off the third, trying to get things going for the Longhorns.
  9. Lance Jackson just got a shoutout from Joel Klatt on the NFL Network.
  10. Landon Jackson goes to the Bills one pick after Broughton goes to the Saints. Lance Jackson's brother has a new home.
  11. Riojas gets Henseler to ground out to end the threat in the third.
  12. Royo steals second base on a Laviolette strikeout. The Aggies have a runner in scoring position with two outs in the top of the third.
  13. Vernon Broughton will be reunited with Bo Davis in New Orleans. The Saints take the Texas tackle with the No. 71 overall pick.
  14. Ben Royo drops a bunt down the third-base side. It's ruled a bunt single after Borba couldn't make the play charging in from third base. The Aggies have a runner on base to lead off the third.
  15. Schuessler barely missed a hit on a foul ball he sent screaming down the third-base line. He grounded out later in the AB. Two away with Borba up.
  16. Of the first 64 picks in the draft, 28 were from 10 different SEC programs.
