  1. The Cowboys need a running back and could’ve had Trevor Etienne at No. 114. But they traded the pick to Carolina for Jonathan Mingo.
  2. The OU drought ends with Danny Stutsman going No. 112 overall to the Saints. Six Texas players picked before the first Sooner.
  3. The fourth round is underway. Cam Skattebo off the board early to the Giants.
  4. The Longhorns move to 35-5 overall, 17-2 in SEC play. A&M drops to 24-17 overall, 8-11 in SEC play.
  5. Volantis freezes Kiel for strike three to end the game. The Longhorns take the opener from the Aggies.
  6. Royo is 4-for-4 tonight. He singles to center to keep the inning alive. Kiel comes to the plate with the go-ahead run on first base and two outs.
  7. Bergevin had no chance. Two down with Royo up to bat.
  8. Matt Bergevin, who committed to Schloss at A&M out of the portal and stuck with the Aggies, is hitting for Kash with one out.
  9. Kent draws a leadoff walk. A&M has the tying run on first.
  10. The Longhorns go down in order in the eighth. To the ninth we go.
  11. One run on three hits for the Aggies in the eighth, but two left on base. We go to the home half with Texas looking to extend the lead.
  12. Volantis gets Harrison to hack at strike three to get the Longhorns out of the inning.
  13. Gumbo knocks down a ground ball back up the middle by Sorrell. Two on, two down for Harrison and Max Weiner comes out to talk to Volantis.
  14. Henseler's AB is scored as an RBI single. The Aggies have the tying run on first base with the go-ahead run at the plate with two down in the top of the eighth.
  15. Henseler's sky-high pop-up in front of the mound is misplayed by Schuessler. Royo scores and it's a 2-1 game.
  16. Volantis strikes out Laviolette. A huge second out with some nasty pitches by Volantis.
  17. Grubbs retires Kiel on strikes. One out with a runner on second and that'll be it for Grubbs. Texas will bring in Volantis to face Laviolette.
  18. Royo leads off the eighth with his third hit of the night, this one a double to left-center.
  19. Wilson gets Mendoza to look at a 95 mph fastball running in on him. That ends the seventh.
