  1. It’s ok for us all to like different things.
  2. Alright, who yall taking? What do you think? Anyone think Gaethje has a chance? Saw something like 90% of the money coming into Vegas is on Gaethje to win in an upset.
  3. That is an insane stat. Wow.
  4. 83 Days Until Texas Football! Mike Adams headlines today's countdown as the greatest Longhorn to wear No. 83. The Texas Hall of Honor wide receiver finished his career with 177 receptions for 3,032 yards and 16 touchdowns, leaving Austin as the school's all-time leader in receptions, receiving yards, receiving touchdowns and all-purpose yards. Joining Adams is Deryl Comer, a First-Team All-Southwest Conference selection who played a key role on Texas' 1969 national championship team and later went on to the NFL. Representing the current roster is junior tight end Spencer Shannon. The 6-foot-7, 266-pound veteran enters the 2026 season as one of the experienced pieces in Texas' tight end room.
  5. We’re 84 days away from Texas football, and today’s countdown features Lil’Jordan Humphrey, Marquise Goodwin and Brock Edwards. Humphrey had the biggest receiving season of the group, Goodwin brought elite speed and versatility, and Edwards was a steady tight end during the early Mack Brown years. Who gets your vote as the best Longhorn to wear No. 84?
  6. Pitcher x2-3 Catcher OF x 2 INF x 2
  7. Just posted. Service between Comanche and Lampasas sucks lol.
  8. Solid advice. If Tennessee was in it, I’d say avoid their side ant all costs, but you’re good there. I might head up there next week!
  9. Portal update coming in morning, fwiw. As long as my wife doesn’t make me drive to Austin. If she does… lunchtime portal update.
  10. Nope. Don’t expect him to happen.
  11. Coaching search will be tough to get info on. 100% don’t think we will hear anything until a deal is done. Torres and Azua are expected to visit, fwiw.
  12. @Joe Zura crying himself to sleep tonight due to no visits from OTF staff.
  13. We are 86 days away from Texas football, so today’s countdown looks at the best Longhorns to wear No. 86. Tim Campbell has one of the strongest cases. He played defensive end at Texas from 1975-79 and remains one of the most productive pass rushers in school history. Campbell finished with 39.5 career sacks, which still ranks No. 2 all-time at Texas. He led the Longhorns in sacks in 1975, 1977 and 1979, including a freshman-record 13 sacks in 1975 and 14 sacks in 1977. Campbell was also a first-team All-Southwest Conference selection in 1977, the defensive MVP of the 1975 Bluebonnet Bowl and a key member of the 1977 Texas defense that helped the Longhorns finish 11-1. Monte Lee is right there in the conversation, too. Lee was a two-way starter under Darrell Royal, earning first-team All-Southwest Conference honors twice: once at DE in 1957 and again as a guard/linebacker in 1960. He was Texas’ team MVP in 1960, served as a two-year captain and later earned induction into the Longhorn Hall of Honor. No. 86 has a strong old-school Texas feel, and Campbell and Lee are the two names that define it.
  14. Texas Softball received good news today when they picked up a commitment from Arizona State portal catcher Samantha Swan. Swan hit .383 last season for 12 HR, 21 doubles and 55 RBIs.
  15. "Great graphic producer Matthew" There @Joe Zura. Saved you the effort.
