We will find out tomorrow at 11:00 AM CST. *** Host sites are announced at 7:30 Sunday night, with seeding announced Monday at 11:00 AM. I fully expect the Longhorns to be a No. 2 seed. I’m also projecting them to head to College Station, as the Aggies will most definitely be hosting. This will be the Horns 63rd postseason appearance overall, which is more than any other school in the nation. We will update this thread with information when it becomes available.

I know others have answered, but you’re correct. Super regionals in both baseball and softball work the same way: 1. Regional winners go head to head. 2. It’s a best of 3 series. 3. Winner of each super regional advances to the College World Series.

Well last time the girls played LSU (this season), it was an ugly game for Texas. Maybe it was an off game or whatever, but I might take my chances with Stanford lol. Honestly they’re both very good. It’s going to be a battle either way.

Anyone expect Dallas to make this much noise? I know I didn’t, but glad it’s happening. Luka stunned the Timberwolves tonight with the game winning 3. Mavs lead the series 2-0.

Couple of quick thoughts: - Props to Kennedy from TAMU. She held her own today and gave Texas fits. She had a great game on the mound. - I’ll have to go back and rewatch, but it felt like the girls got behind in the count way too much tonight. With Kennedy’s pitching you can see how easily that happened. - Reese Atwood is so incredibly special and people don’t realize how good she is. I’m not just talking offensively, but she’s so damn good defensively too. Behind the plate she’s amazing. She may end up leaving the Forty Acres as the best player Texas has ever had. And that’s saying a lot considering my friend Cat Osterman is the GOAT.
