Accolades: • Consensus All-American (1950). • All-Southwest Conference selection (1950). • Inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame (1983). Paul Jetton (1984–1987, Offensive Guard): Collegiate Career: • Started as an offensive guard, contributing to Texas’ offensive line during the mid-1980s. • Served as a team captain, demonstrating leadership on and off the field. • Also competed in shot put for the Texas track and field team, placing third in the 1987 Southwest Conference Championships.
