    Yes we didnt play a good team today and got destroyed. It's also not the losing part, it's about the fall off on defense this team has seen with the shifting needed to take place.

    The concern rn is without arod is this team going on a series losing streak. Today was bad and it wasnt just pitching it was fielding, hitting, energy, etc.

    Im with you on this with NIL I look at Michigan, Arizona, Florida, Uconn, etc in the same level. Being a blue blood doesnt carry much weight now in the top 2 sports.

    Some of our top guys we brought back are not living up to the hitting. How our lead up guy isn’t hitting at least .300 is pathetic. Our short stop is still hurt a year later

    I don’t disagree but he’s shown he can go at least an inning for 3 outs most of the time. Leffew hasn’t shown he can go more than 1 inning besides 1 time I think.

    My solution was to give burns a shot starting the 9th clean at least he has swing and miss stuff that is somewhat close to the zone. Leffew struggled to go more than 1 inning so starting him was already a mistake and walker is not good. If burns walked 1 person I would have taken him out but leaving pitchers in way too long like we had a 5 run lead was a failure

    These guys have been playing more than Jonah not sure anything much will change with his missing out.

    I see it hard that he gets a guaranteed yes from a team before the draft but he’s a first rounder next year for sure if he comes back imo. Miller will put a team around him next year that will make him look better
