  1. Nebraska also lost likely starting LT for the season ... https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/40751299/nebraska-ol-teddy-prochazka-season-ends-again-due-knee-injury
  2. Key loss early on for the Vols... https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/40735540/vols-inexperienced-secondary-loses-jourdan-thomas-season
  3. Haven’t heard that is the reason.
  4. Good call They like the freshman Jadan Baugh … but still a tough ask against the start of the schedule
  5. Big loss for ND. Starting LT and future draft pick
  6. I do wonder when the playoff goes to 16 if CCG’s survive
  7. Definitely not ideal for Miami and Texas A&M games potentially. And now Travis Etienne transferring to UGA really impacts the Gators
  8. Need to fill needs on DL and DB. Texas did that at DB during the season in the 2024 class but on the DL … the 2025 class is really more so Texas doesn’t have to be portal dependent after the 2025 season IMO
  9. Jonah is around 205 right now. He’s actually dropped 8-10 pounds from late spring when he was 215’iash
  10. May be needed at times in week 2. ideally you want DJ and Cam to ascend on their own, but yep
  11. One other note ... should Jonah's decision to play both football and baseball in college stick, that makes travel for a family that lives near Galveston much more difficult. Jonah will announce his decision August 24.
  12. Updating this: OTF spoke with someone very close to the Williams recruitment. What we reported this morning from Galveston Ball High practice is where Jonah's head/intentions are at right now. He really wants to play college football. And he currently plans to play both in college.
  13. That’s what I understand too I’m interested to see how it plays out
  14. OnTexasFootball stopped by Galveston Ball High today for football practice this morning. Ball High two-sport star Jonah Williams told OTF he’s planning to graduate high school in December. That is significant news as it means Williams is bypassing his senior season of high school baseball. Williams told OTF he plans on to play college baseball in the spring of 2025. And go through spring practice. Williams said he made the decision that he wants to experience college football, and that will also include college baseball. Again, this is per Jonah Williams an hour ago.
  15. Where are you exactly?
  16. I mean, they will be able to say they were NC ... but I bet it's not looked at by the NCAA at NC long term. Maybe I'll be proven wrong
  17. I think DJ can be an early enrollee if he chooses. Just me, but think he needs some time to develop technically and physically. He plays on his toes too much right now. He can get away with that at small school Texas football level because he's bigger, quick enough and has very good arm length to win. He can't play on his toes that much long term and maximize his ability. He needs some time physically too. His upside is there, but think he will need developmental time.
  18. That title will be vacated n time IMO
