Obvious one to monitor is Lincoln Riley @ USC the amount of young talent that could be portal bound if he leaves for Baylor or is fired is enormous and exciting obviously Mike Norvell @ FSU this one is starting to drag on Greg Schiano @ Rutgers one very big WR has a decision to make if he wants to cement himself as a 1R guy after the season Shane Beamer @ SCAR probably the only SEC job that could open if things tank down the stretch theres a few others in the Big 12 that are potentials to open: Cincy, Kansas, Colorado

    Rough. Bill Self was pissed.

Granted for Kansas I did not see TKR at all tonight or in this box score. They’re probably top ten with him in the rotation.

    Disgusting

Texas will be really really good by March. Schedule is conducive to getting the freshmen going before you really have big time games that have stakes.

If he isn’t starting it won’t matter. Arch will continue to turn the ball over and fail miserably until Lacey replaces him.

Coach Bates and Texas pick up a new commitment for the class of 28

Terrible meltdown. Had the game basically in control and mistake basically gave it away. Might be time to start pushing Elliot towards retirement.

Texas gets a Draw vs #6 South Carolina at home. This team is pretty good.

There’s certainly a spot for him in the NFL as a punt returner. Do we think he’s drafted and if so where would he be drafted?
  15. TexTheHorn24
In the scheme of Texas football history he’s starting to get to a point that’s historical……

Special player as Returner. Is he the best pure Punt Returner Texas has ever had? Hes a return or two away from once again being tabbed as an All American and a finalist the National award for a Punt/Kick returner.

I’d be curious to see a ranking of all 17 coaches on campus tho

Three time natty champ Jerritt Elliott over Sark????
  21. TexTheHorn24
An interesting idea I had this morning with now sark firmly on a hot seat…… how would you rank all the coaches at Texas currently certainly I’d have Bob Bowman and Mike White 1 and 2 followed by Elliot and and bevy of others that have notched championships then comes Sark, miller, Schloss and Schaefer and idk how you now rank them? Thoughts?

After a big win vs LSU earlier this week we are home against sec soccer power South Carolina with a chance for another statement win for Coach Bates in year one. Game is at Noon at Meyer’s.
  23. TexTheHorn24
Got any point totals for players?
  24. TexTheHorn24
Any chance nick saban has the itch to build a place and win another title like they talked about in the Saban Doc?
