    Ummm I don’t think that’s the solution, but I will say the WBB team’s performance is what it will look like one day if the MBB program gets their spit together. CDC had to be sitting at home watching that game and thinking how the hell can I get the MBB program to look like that?

    Agreed. Rodney Terry is a good man placed into dire circumstances, but that's how life goes sometimes. At the end of the day, whether it's NIL or not the right guy at HC, there will be changes made at Texas once the season is over. I trust CDC to make that happen. The circumstances surrounding the situation prevented him from going through his normal process of finding a HC. I'm sure he's as ready as most to have a fresh start at reviving the MBB program and passing Tennessee as the most well rounded programs in the big three sports in college athletics.

    Idk about that. The Texas offense I've watched this season is Tre and pray. No creativity, no screens, no cutting. Just stagnant all the way around.

    Regardless of RT's performance this season, Tre Johnson is fun to watch. Sucks that his talents were wasted on this team.

    I want Richard Anderson. Don't think there's a portal DT that Texas would want from LSU. LSU's DL wasn't all that last season.

    I don't think he'll return to form until 2026 at the earliest. Texas should take a RB in the spring portal window to be on the safe side. Don't want to rely solely on true freshmen, Wisner, or Gibson to take a big step forward. Plus with a longer season, having depth at RB is key. But having an OL that can move people in the run game is more important than all.

    Larry Johnson is 73 years old and just helped Ohio State's DL win a natty.

    Would be an amazing hire, but he doesn't like the current era of college MBB with NIL and such. Would be shocked if he coaches anywhere ever again, unless CDC has a way with words to convince Wright and the BMDs to make this happen.

    Some would even complain if Texas wins a natty in the next few years.

    If Texas can improve their 3 point shooting even a little bit, they can beat the two teams capable of preventing a national championship season in UConn and Notre Dame. UCLA and USC are teams to watch out for as well. This team is scary good and could get even better in the future if Aaliyah Chavez comes to Texas.
