    Well they had one coach for like 46 years, so that's not really a great argument.

    I think “strength of schedule” in the committee’s rubric was a euphemism for conference affiliation. They didn’t want to go down this road, but it was inevitable. And the consequences are seismic.

    If there’s not a major overhaul, next year will be worse. We don’t have enough difference makers at the skill positions or secondary, and we need at least 3 OL additions. That doesn’t even address the other needs.

    Building and sustaining are different modes of operation. Sark has to successfully transition to a sustaining model. He can't talk about building anymore because he's been here 5 years. He owns it now. He can either sustain what he has built or he cannot. We will see.

    There's a coaching gap that we have to acknowledge, and Georgia has more explosive offensive players. We're also playing in Athens. 34 Georgia - Texas 17

    Ultimately, many college players will make more than their counterparts in the NFL. There's a shorter window where good players are more valuable to colleges than to pro teams.

    Refs continue to change outcomes. Just getting to be so bad that watching sports is losing its appeal TBH.

    Georgia's DL shifts late quite a bit. We'll have to deal with that better than we have in prior meetings.

    Having an elite RB makes such a difference.

    Three years ago, if you had told us that Manning and Sark would create a pedestrian offense at Texas, I think we would have all been in vehement disagreement.
