    This is where you find out who your find out who are the Alpha's and who are the Beta's. Right now there is a fairly sizable portion of the team is playing like the latter, if you can't be mentally strong at this level it's time to hang it up.

    I agree, I know that Schloss wants them to see/work the pitcher, but typically you're almost always going to see a first pitch get me over fastball against this lineup because the opponents know we're taking. Most times when the count starts 1-0 it's because the pitcher missed.

    So far they're playing more like it's the first game of the season and not the regionals, just not sharp in the early going defensively and that poor slide by Mendoza in the bottom of the first.
