Cosby's career was so interesting because he came back to college football after spending four years playing pro baseball. That is so rare. Jammer was my favorite for years. He was a beast as a college player. I don't think we've had a corner as dominant at the college level. The rule changes in the NFL limited his success somewhat, but he still played for a decade or so as a starter in the League.

Nice! If Chris Jackson's high school recruited WRs (Wingo and Livingstone mainly) have good seasons, Texas wins in Columbus, and they make a $trong push for him, I wouldn't rule it out. Maybe the Mater Dei connection between Jackson and Henry wins out by December.

Really hoping he makes the 53. If not he will go to practice squad if unclaimed. However, if he did get claimed I was thinking of teams he could potentially land with and compete for playing time. Its probably a long shot but Three teams that stand out as potential landing spots throughout the year where he could go in as a #2 and possibly compete for the #1 job in the case of an injury are 1. Receivers know they will flourish and be on NFL radars immediately with Steve Sarkisian and Texas. Sark locks in his QBs early and builds talent around them. When was the last time Texas had a better recruiting class at WR than this freshman class with McCutcheon, Lockett, Ffrench, Terry III to go with tight ends Emaree Winston and Nick Townsend? If a receiver wants to compete for an sec title, playoffs and be in an offense for a coach who has led multiple Heisman trophy winners, Texas is the place to be.
