  1. Past hour
  2. I wanna see JM III vs Easton Royal lol Preview of Texas practices the next three years, hopefully
  3. Pack, Sam Cozart and incoming transfer Linkin Garcia (Texas Tech) were named first-team Freshman All-Americans:
  4. No. They’re in a better position than most with Volantis and Cozart. What they need and who they target depends on how they project guys like Crossland, Winter and Walls.
  5. The Opening is ongoing in Oregon this weekend. Some clips and updates from the weekend in the thread below. Texas commits in action: — WR Easton Royal — CB John Meredith III — TE JT Geraci • Top 2028 QB prospect Neimann Lawrence (uncommitted)
  6. He'll save a ton of money by not needing a glove.
  7. Diron Talbert, his brother was also very good player at Texas, not sure of his #. He was #72 with the Redskins...as he played mainly for Rams and Redskins. Think they had another brother also play at Texas
  8. Stop worrying about his weight. He will be training and maturing and he will be at his optimal weight and speed, agility, flexibility, the right weight for HIM, and he will kick *** on the 40 acres! HOOKEM
  9. I’m sure many have seen this already, but wanted to share it to the board. Unbelievable video on the hand size of Texas commit Brody Bumila. Projected top 10 pick in the MLB Draft.
  10. Don Talbert! Played at Texas then was #72 in Dallas. Was the inspiration for one of the characters in the movie North Dallas Forty.
  11. Saaaweeeet!!! I hope he makes it to campus!!!! 🤘🏻🤘🏼🤘
  12. For reference, that's about 10-14 pounds heavier than what Devin Duvernay played at at Texas.
  13. A few track sessions in the Boot will get him to even out lol But in all seriousness, there's a reason why LSU, Florida and Texas have all pitched using Royal out of the backfield in their plans for him.
  14. Being that weight in high school and still being able to run 10.2 is crazy. Definitely think devin duverney is perfect physical comparison for easton.
  15. That's where I had envisioned him. Right at 205.
  16. Will Beau Peterson make it to campus
  17. OV dinners adding up, I’d probably lose a star off of my ranking after enjoying all of the meals from the visits lol
  18. The fact that he weighs that much & is still blazing fast is astounding. I’m sure anywhere between 200-210 lbs in college is ideal.
  19. Forgot to post this earlier today! My bad yall. Don Talbert was a 1961 All-American, All-SWC selection, team co-captain and later a Longhorn Hall of Honor inductee. Texas went 26-6-1 during his career with one SWC title, one SWC co-title and a No. 3 finish in his senior season. Ed Cunningham played offensive line at Texas from 1985-89 and earned All-America honors in 1989. He was one of the top linemen on the roster by the end of the decade. Will Allen was a key piece of the 2005 national championship team. The 6-foot-6, 315-pound guard started 32 games during his Texas career and earned third-team All-America honors in 2005. Roger Roesler was a standout offensive guard for Texas in the late 1990s. He earned All-American recognition in 1999 and was also a First-Team All-Big 12 selection that season. Mason Walters started 38 straight games at right guard and played in 39 career games for the Longhorns. He earned All-Big 12 recognition and was named to the Outland Trophy and Lombardi Award watch lists. Who is your favorite?
  20. I think Austin is better. The fan base is there, and this is about the only pro sports league that would not take attention away from UT. Hockey has failed in Houston already.
  21. Isaiah Johnson will rise into their rankings. And Freeman too. Likely Punch NBAdraft.net has Johnson 34, Punch 36, Matas 38 and Freeman 43 https://www.nbadraft.net/nba-mock-drafts/?year-mock=2027 Good place to be for the program!
  22. Yes. I expect him to make it to campus. Something absolutely insane would have to happen for him not to. Had a convo this morning about him actually.
