Our new “Kevin Mar” for the SEC
lemonandaturd replied to HornPharmD12's topic in On Texas Football Forum
How does he still have a job in the SEC after being suspended by the NCAA and also being under investigation for accepting a $68,000 bribe? His questionable decision making in the Oregon vs Penn State appear to have affected the integrity of that game. James Franklin accused him of basically stealing the game with phantom holding calls and one-sided officiating. He needs to go. -
Our new “Kevin Mar” for the SEC

Hmmm born and raised in Louisiana with the last name Gautreaux? Would love to see his splits for LSU games. Would guess that’s the one team who has somehow less penalties on average with this crew. -
I would be curious if this crew just generally throws more flags than other crews ? Maybe they just generally suck lol
-
Pretty insane. Every game with that crew sucks.

Can we get a weekly red alert 🚨 to not bet on Texas to cover the spread when these clowns are announced as the ref crew? The guy running the video board during the game vs Ole Miss was rightfully pointing out errors made in the encroachment vs false start calls. (Among many other questionable calls.) When does the SEC officially announce ref crew assignments for games? Can Texas formally ask to exclude certain crews if there is a multi-year issue of bad calls with one crew?

2026 Women’s Indoor Volleyball Thread

While the program has a lot of losses, with several of them being beatdowns, the only loss to an opponent who won't be hosting the first two rounds is OU. As long as Texas doesn't repeat that, we'll be hosting the subregional for sure, which is the ticket to the Sweet Sixteen. This team is not good enough in serving to do anything more than that. I mean, there are deficiencies all over the place, but that's the biggest one. I guess they might play out of their mind or the opponent plays like hammered dog doo the way Wisconsin did, but they'll be out the next round for sure. Georgia is a decent serve and blocking team. Both of Gabe Muoneke's daughter's play for Georgia, for those that remember him. One's a senior and one of their better players. Transferred from A&M. The other is a freshman. No telling if there will be any punching of opposing players going on. We really need to beat the inferior foes, and Georgia, while still entertaining the possibility of making the tournament by the skin of their teeth, is absolutely an inferior foe. -
Overlooking Mississippi State

What was the line against OU and Florida? It is definitely the second easiest game left...OU and Florida were the third and fourth easiest. I don't think we will lose (if we do, see ya to lotsss of people being paid a lot of money to play for and coach this team), but I could definitely see a path where the starters have to play too long. Night game helps, the guys looked uninterested during the Florida game, even in the first quarter it looked like they expected to win by 50 and were just going through the motions. - Today

The QB Strategy Next Year and beyond

If Arch goes, KJ Lacey is going to do fine, kind of like Bryce Young did as a sophomore at Alabama after Mac Jones left. -
His replacement

mmmmm yummy AI slop

Anyone heard this before?
-
I agree.
-
If not Sark's decision who would be making it?
-
Doubtful.
-
Texas is favored for a reason. This should be the second easiest game we have left.
-
Played 3 snaps. Might be dealing with some effects from the knee injury earlier in the season. What I saw from Masunas was the best run blocking of the season from a Texas TE. Townsend has elite physicality, but physicality and blocking skills are different things.

Did he get any snaps against Ole MS last Saturday. Is he in the doghouse? I thought he was an elite blocker.

Doesn't matter if the message board overlooks an opponent

Successful surgery for Trevor Goosby

Had a convo yesterday with someone in the know, said they would bet a paycheck Goosby ends up going pro. -
Successful surgery for Trevor Goosby
Neil Leininger replied to Hank South's topic in On Texas Football Forum
If he can't work out, he's going to return. The decision to turn pro even as a late-1st early 2nd, when a healthy season would mean a big jump up the board. He only has 22 starts, that's not a lot of tape and he could make enough from NIL to make his return worth his while.
