  1. Past hour
  2. Will Sark be forced to hire an OC in the offseason if the Longhorns don’t make the playoffs?
  3. I think they put out a great defensive blueprint for causing issues. Play man on the back end and blitz the middle of the OL, with guys coming from the nickel/slot. It worked well and others have mirrored.
  4. What quarter will we see Lacey enter the game?
  5. Dog eat dog in the SEC currently. Unfortunately, Texas has yet to take advantage of mayhem all over the conference. But we did hear from a number of players on Monday that they know they control their own destiny and plan to act on that exact piece moving forward. Hopefully it lights a fire.
  6. It's hard to coach a QB when you are the HC; Coach doesn't get that.
  7. What would have to happen record wise for CDC to move on from Sark?
  8. Let’s see someone operate it the way it was meant to be designed.
  9. I'm not trying to be apologetic to Texas performance season to date here - far from it, its extremely disappointing, but nationally, and SEC in particular is absolutely brutal this year.. I'm not sure there will be any 1 loss SEC teams at end of regular season. Does anyone not believe that Kentucky, Tennessee, and probably Georgia too won't have another L? I mean Kentucky and TN play each other at a minimum. GA still has Florida and @Ole Miss. Kentuck has @TN, Florida, @OU, @ missouri and Louisville; TN has probably easiest w/ @ ATM and @ SC as well as LSU at home and they have loss to us. Alabama has @ LSU, Aggie, and Auburn still. MsSt is lost w/o their QB. Florida already has 2 losses and still has OU, Kentucky and FSU. Even OU is only 2 L's in conference... Impact players like Taylor and Sayin and others going down or getting pulled... And you can go through all the conferences really and see similar. Big 12 top half hasn't played each other yet, but that carnage is coming... Point is: Every team has major flaws. Every team is getting banged up. Every team is beating up on each other. We are far from alone in this misery, and others have it even worse (Oregon, USC, Michigan, Penn State, Clemson, FSU - Pretty sure I wouldn't trade our woes for any of theirs...) GA might win the conference again with 2 conference losses this year and every other contender could easily be 3 or even 4 losses by end of season. All I'm saying is, grass isn't really greener in many other places. Plenty of things for us to fix and our grass can be just as good or better than anyone else's - still time even in this season. Win this weekend and things can get well for us quickly, still... I don't have blinders on, we have issues, every family does. But they're our issues. Our family. We shouldn't piss on the players, I don't think they've quit yet and don't think they will. Forever hopeful. Alway Hook'em. 🤘
  10. Yeah how could we forget about him to 👀👀👀🤘
  11. so who is the center double teaming again?
  12. I mean this is just wrong. The blinders some of you people have
  13. So I'll ask is there any news on practice today with QB reps etc? Haven't seen anything yet from the usual suspects. Hmmm they locking info down on the 40 over this controversy brewing 🤔🤣
  14. Nice pick up 🤘🏼
  15. Lots of people sound like they shouldn't even watch.. wild
  16. Sounds like most of you all are going to get rich, since this is such a sure thing MS win. Every time a bet looks to good to be true, bet the opposite.
  17. People truly only want to focus on the Arch aspect of the offense, not this stuff.
  18. Today
  19. Great video and I like that he proves the point that it is not all on the line. I think Sark just needs to bite the bullet and sit Arch for at least a half. The fact he is a Manning cannot stand in the way of wins.
  20. I asked Steve Sarkisian how much autonomy he likes to give Arch Manning at the line of scrimmage. Sarkisian: “We're not a huge just put it all on the quarterback to audible [team].” “We do change protections, and I think [Manning] manages those things well. When we have run-run checks and things of that nature, run-pass checks. I think those things are pretty defined. He does a good job with that.” from yesterday's press conference. sounds like not much autonomy there. I've been wondering if helmet coms have led Sark to deemphasize audibles over his directions perhaps?
  21. The top rated guys almost always go when drafted and even some guys who are much later draft choices also go because either they may hate school or just want to start playing pro ball. I don't think most baseball programs have enough NIL money to lure many of the top draft picks to come to college after high school.
