Walker likely tops out this year as a special teamer. He fumbled on air in practice one, is listed a 6th string and is getting no mention from Sark. Simon is a good back, but he is a bit of a tweener. He is not as fast as Brown/Smothers/Cooper and not as big as Cooper/Terry. He just doesn’t have a niche barring catastrophic injuries at RB. -

Getting good reps against Buford. Even Buford’s second stringers have D1 offers. Always been a powerhouse program in Georgia -

manning’s follow coaches… not Schools -
Sark talked about realizing this helps not only to get your playmakers the ball early and often where they can make plays, but also to jump start drives and take pressure off Arch. Hopefully Wingo can take the next step and be a more well rounded WR winning across the route tree this year. Will help Texas but his value at the next level.

Not in that Tennessee offense that limited to one side of the field. -

Hope he follows his cousin Arch to Texas. If Sark is still at Texas the chances are very good IMO. Doubt the Mannings want him to play in current Tennessee offense. -

Jett Walker is being ignored as is James Simon. Along with Cooper, these are the run blocking and blitz blocking backs. 🤘🏼🤘🏽🤘🏿 -

When the time comes, will this be a Tennessee vs Texas recruiting battle with Tennessee the favorite to land him? -

Could Michael Terry be the surprise of Fall Camp?

It would be a surprise. Terry just moved from WR in the Spring and is currently listed as the 4th RB on the depth chart (or 5 if you count the Niblett boutique position). That said, Terry is getting a lot of mention for a 4th string back from Sark and on the SID photo releases. Terry might not be a challenge to the top three backs, but he could be carving out his own role. Terry was mentioned as catching several passes in the second team Pony Package (20 personnel). He is perfect for that role. At 230 pounds, he can block for the smaller backs and in pass protection. He can run inside as a counter when paired with Coleman/Brown. As a former WR, Terry has an advantage when matched against LBs in the pass game. Terry could also be the answer in short yardage and red zone situational football. He is 230 pounds. Cooper is the next biggest at 210 pounds and he is also unproven. Sark seems to go out of his way to mention that Terry had some “nice runs” every chance he gets. If Terry can burst into the scene like Niblett did last year, that would create huge problems for opposing defenses. -
Wisconsin legit needs all the help it can get for that football program. I remember they used to be competitive, backkkkk in the day
