Even with a prospect as good as Arch, you never know what you've got in a quarterback until they step across the chalked line and the bullets are live. Trevor Lawrence comes to mind, who succeeded right out of the gate, but he walked into an insanely talented Clemson team. Colt was great as a redshirt freshman when he stepped in for Vince, but some forget how much he struggled in 2007 when the offensive line went through a transition and Limas Sweed was injured most of the year. Arch's rise has coincided with Emmett Mosley and DeAndre Moore getting healthy.

I mean no but, sliding it under the rug and letting those kids play knowing the misconduct taking place is still quite vile -
Now back to the topic at hand, I am glad that Arch is on this progression. I'd be lying if I didn't say that, along with hoping this would happen, it was also a small thought in the back of my head that he may not develop like this. But it is a testament to how hard him and the staff had to work at it and keep the faith that this would happen. Hopefully it keeps going up from here!

If I recall correctly he also plays volleyball. Which means quick foot work and hands.

Nasty comment man, so all the victims are just supposed to move on essentially because it was 10 years ago? This a tread about this specific topic I think we can talk about it here lmao -
Somehow I completely skipped over that post lol. Thank you.

The only reason the committee announces the decision to delay making an actual decision is because they know a change in format is needed and forthcoming. The extra time allows for the additional info from this season’s playoff results, and use that as a basis to support the changes they’ll announce on January 23rd. Maybe Disney wants to see the viewership revenue numbers from this playoff season before deciding to go beyond 12-14 teams? ( Disney is locked into under the current contract at fixed economic terms. If the playoffs expand beyond 14 teams, Disney has to increase the payout). Do they go to a 14-team format, or a 16-team format, or all the way to a 24-team format (as favored by the Big Ten)? We’ll know on January 23rd.

Has been a HC four years with 1 national championship in 2022, made the ncaa tournament all four years. Was the top assistant at Stanford when The Cardinal won 2-national championships. see @THookempost above.

He was definitely on the short list before commit season with Ojo, Turntine, Rosebaugh, and Lee. No idea if the coaches have kept the line of communication open. Total conjecture but suspect byu and Utah look like decent options for him at this time
