So that we're on the same page... For knee injuries, an X-ray is used first to view hard bones and check for fractures or arthritis. An MRI is needed when doctors must view soft tissues like ligaments, cartilage, and menisci, or if pain and instability continue after a normal X-ray.

If I understand what you said in your column this morning correctly the bill requires Texas to play Tech in football? I'm not seeing that anywhere in the Bill maybe I misunderstood what you were stating.
