Volantis is through the Tarleton order for the first time. He's got four strikeouts through 2.2 innings.

Becerra strikes out, leaving the bases loaded. Still, Mendoza's homer makes it a seven-run, seven-hit day for the Longhorns through three.

A single by Robbins and walks drawn by Tinney and Pack load the bases for Becerra with two outs.

There is a weird dynamic you only see in regionals. Tarleton has a a game tomorrow no matter what. The more Texas scores the more tarleton needs to save arms for ucsb. This could get ugly.
