Buy couple days ahead for big games. Can do day before to morning off for lesser games. Do not buy from people saying they are using Ticketmaster to transfer. There is a Texas Longhorn app to download and that’s the way tickets would be transferred and also placed on seat geek for sale or transfer.

If we wait longer to see if my friends comes through, which I think is probably 10% shot now, do you know how ticket prices for these high interest games behave on Seat Geek in the hours leading up to the game? I've had a bad habit of buying from those sites too early and seeing prices plummet later, lol.

Seatgeek is the official ticket exchange for Season Ticket holders to sell tickets the won’t use. So check there.

If this isn't allowed here I sincerely apologize and I hope someone can point me to the proper place. I graduated from UT in the mid-90’s and my youngest son (high school junior) has asked me for years to bring him back for a game and to take him around campus because Texas is his #1 school. We have lived out of state a long time (health issues, wife’s mother) so it’s been about a decade since we made a Longhorns game. I know at least once I went early to the Texas Exes ticket thing, but I don’t remember if getting there super early helped for a line, if it was a lottery, etc. Can anyone weigh in on what the deal is there? If I can’t get tickets there and I have to buy on Craigslist or on site, are there any tips for success and to avoid scalping? Worst case, if I have to go with one of the big online brokers I’d appreciate any tips on the best ones there, too. It’s just been far too long and I’m sure things have changed. I was hoping an acquaintance of mine might have some or Vet Tix might have some but neither of those routes panned out.

It will be hot but no other place I would rather be on gameday.

this is great!! Wish we were closer still and had season tix still. I’ll definitely share with folks in Austin that are looking for tailgating. I’m a pit master and look forward to being able to join a cooking team again soon! Especially as a sober pit master it’s nice to be able to take the tougher shifts so others who do imbibe can have that opportunity!!

Would be pretty dope (and payback for the 2021 and 2023 games) for Manning to throw a game winning TD pass to Wingo at the buzzer. But I don’t think the game will be that close.

My 3 year old has soccer at 9. Then dropping both kiddos off at grandma’s to sweat and pound cold ones from noon to 2. Then into the stadium. Can’t wait 🤘🏽

Smoking some meat and having people over out in Marble Falls. My 4 and 2 year old have their fresh Texas gear (dress for my daughter and collared shirt for my so) ready to cheer the Hook’em horns on!!

How does everyone plan on doing the day? I will leave Houston around 6am to head to Auston to help set up the tailgate... Watch the early games with a cold one in hand. Obviously head in to DKR around 2pm or so,
