Was the "valid business purpose" language in the settlement? The logic in the "terse letter" from the House plaintiffs makes no sense. I guess the entire argument surrounds whether collectives serve a "valid business purpose" beyond recruiting enticements?

Even more of a reason our running game has to be dominant to lure guys like Cooper to want to come play for us. Will be very easy for SEC teams to negatively recruit him and say you don’t want to be another CJ Baxter if we are lackluster.
