Seems to be an easy play for any university worth their salt. Sorry...cant come back due to the detriment of said sports program. If it goes to court again saying you must have them...no nil no travel no playing time. Because they are there does not mean any team has to continue in this charade. Here is the part that no one seems to be talking about. SEC member institutions voted for this in a unanimous vote. I don’t see an AD or University President saying “Yes I voted on the ban, but go ahead and challenge it Coach.” Someone would have no credibility following that. And yes, I know football stirs the drink, but no one is going to get their legs taken out after voting yes on this rule. Then again, probably half the fans cannot name their university Predidents name….
