Michigan failed itself when they anointed Moore the head coach after not having a real search. I can't imagine they don't go through a full search this time around. They have failed far too often with head coaches and scandals. It's rather remarkable. Juwan Howard comes to mind as well.

I feel the exact same. Coaching in college is absolutely more challenging than NFL (no structure, nonstop, no rules, etc). Don’t blame any college coaches for heading to the league if given the opportunity.
