I am always fascinated with the evolution of how Texas is improving their NIL partnerships and how it all works BTS. I have notived we have really stepped up the caliber of brands that are doing these deals with our athletes! Not too long ago it was almost exclusively small local businesses or nonprofits. I love what we are doing. Also Curious to know if the “Longhorn Sports Agency” (link: https://texaslonghorns.com/news/2025/6/30/name-image-and-likeness-texas-and-learfield-launch-longhorns-sports-agency-to-drive-nil-innovation-for-student-athletes-powered-by-learfield-impact-nil-services) that was created in partnership with Learfield is used by our athletes, or how they go about utilizing it?? Is it for non rev sports only? Maybe a “Business 101” style NIL video would be a fun series so we can all better understand how it works 🙂

I think we would be wise to search for another kicker out of the portal and/or juco route. You cannot have an inconsistent FG kicker. Shipley couldnt hit over 50 well, but you knew less than 50 it was 99% going in. We dont need a 60 yard fg kicker. Get me consistency!
