This home plate umpire has been awful all night. For both sides.

Is it just me or is this ump purposefully calling balls on strikes when Tinney does frame it long enough. I’m not sure if he’s not seeing the strike but it’s coming across as petty “you are not in charge” when he moves too quick after catching the ball. It seems like a power play by the ump.

This ump is so erratic. I don't care about tradition, there should be electronic strike zone.

Is that confirmed or you're speculating?

Schloss was barking at the home plate umpire even after the groundout to second ended the inning. The Longhorns are six outs away from going up 1-0 in the Austin Super Regional.

Schloss and Max Weiner were both unhappy that the 0-2 pitch didn't end the inning.

When he has his stuff great when he doesn’t it sucks.

We haven't had a reliable bullpen arm all year. Maybe Cozart, but he's streaky.

They might as well leave him in since they've already burned him for tomorrow.
