It has been stated a few times now that we will continue to recruit Malakai Lee going forward, but this hasn’t been said about the other two that announced today. Is there a reason that Simeon and Calicut aren’t going to be “recruited through the whistle”? Or is this Gerry and Bobby’s way of telling us something about the Lee recruitment specifically without coming right out and saying it?

Gerry is correct about the transactional nature of recruiting. Wesley looked at the long term and accepted less that UO offered according to Wiltfong.
