I don't why but when I was listing off those teams at the end, I felt the urge to suddenly follow the yellow brick road. -

The problem with the all in on Arch mindset

I think we all need the season to start so we can stop mincing and splicing words and hit some people. Esp Aggies and Sooners. And Buckeyes. And Bulldogs.... π€ -

The problem with the all in on Arch mindset
Paul L replied to Paul L's topic in On Texas Football Forum
I am well aware. I was punished with 11 years in Altus, Oklahoma during that time. It was only august of 2024 that I moved back to Texas. I put up with a lot of sh!t. π -

I want to maximize every fβing window. This window in my eyes should be not treated any differently than a window 5-10 years down the street. -
NFL horns update

Crazy that the run block right after this play was even better. The only and I mean only reason he didn't go higher is measurables. -

The biggest indicator of if we're going to win or not, won't have anything to do with Arch (ironically). It will have to do with how well this OL run blocks and if we can run the ball at will on teams. -
I was disappointed we didn't land Greathouse, dude is a beast.

They are loving Banks in NOLA

Watching his HS highlights and Greathouses kind of reminded me of each other. I didn't expect Greathouse to show the speed he has at ND.

Emmett Mosely V Every play
Dread-headed Texan replied to Dread-headed Texan's topic in On Texas Football Forum
The way I gauged it separation yards between he and the nearest defender. Even on his long score that throw was perfect, the defender gambled and missed. The good thing about throwing outside is everyone is inside. But even still he was getting hawked down, without the key block at the end he doesn't score. I don't see Sark using him like Stanford did. Once Sark shows Stanford the player they couldn't unlock, somebody in Palo Alto is getting fired. -

The problem with the all in on Arch mindset
Tim Longoria replied to Paul L's topic in On Texas Football Forum
Probably beating a dead horse here, but I don't know where the phrase "all in" = these next two years is all we got. It was said in reference to Arch having 2 years left, and trying to maximize those 2 years. If Sark/Texas was planning on phoning it in after he's gone, I dont think they would be recruiting the players/prospects that they have been. -

So many plays within 5 yards or behind the LOS. Definitely hard to get a read on his speed based on that. Especially when you see him just getting swarmed because defenses had nothing to worry about.
