Well pretty much everyone won, so gg? Lol. It seems like OU is similar to Texas last year. Good D and terrible O. Also, what was with that score with Georgia? All of a sudden they don't look as good offensively against some weak team lol.

I know Taaffe has had his injury issues this year but he's taken a massive step back from last year. Thought he'd be able to be a stabilizing voice for the secondary and it hasn't done much of anything. Our guys don't make many plays on the ball, there is also a steep drop off in talent from the starters to back ups (who we're supposed to rely on next year). A&M has the talent to punish us in the middle of the field and on the edges, similar to Miss State but worse. They also have a running QB who we seem to be unable to defend now. I'm expecting another shoot out, I know we have new DB coaches but I was not expecting such a drop off from last year. Especially the guys there all have a good level experience/time in the program. I bet if Ohio State had aired it out more instead of playing conservative they would've exposed this a lot sooner. Anyway congrats to the boys for the win and lets go win next week, see where the cards of destiny land for us and let's start prepping this team for a better year, next year.

OTF Premium Texas-Arkansas visitor list thread

@Gerry Hamilton If we assume Lane Kiffin is announced as the new LSU HC next Saturday, how does this impact LSU’s recruiting class with NSD just four days later on December 3rd? Will the Kiffin hire be enough to keep all the LSU current commits in their class? And specifically, how do you think Kiffin’s hire will impact Martinez and R.Anderson? Thanks for your insights! - Today

Miami would be the second ACC team. They’re unlikely to make the championship game and where they’re ranked, they win and they’re in ahead of us.

Ga tech loss pretty guarantees only 1 ACC team as loser of acc championship guaranteed to have 3 losses now. A 3 loss Texas trumps a 3 loss ACC team. We need 1 of bama or OU to lose next week along with a Vandy loss to Tenn. bama will struggle to move ball on the road vs a good Auburn defense. byu win was a bit of a hit tonight. Will a 2 loss byu (assuming a loss to tech) get in over a 3 loss sec team. Byu hasn’t beat anyone this year. It Texas beat a$m they can point to 3 top 10 wins.

If Miami beats Pitt they’ll get two. That’s the only way since Georgia Tech lost.

What losses benefit us today?

ACC will get two in. Miami being ranked every week so far says so. Conference champ + Miami. They definitely don’t deserve 2 though. ND will get in as well -
I believe every single time the offense stalled, it was a result of Sark trying to do 12 personnel (and in particular, slow developing play action passing out of 12). He needs to shelve this crap for good this season IMO. We absolutely shredded Arkansas when spread out in 11 personnel, but then would get behind the chains any time we tried to do 12 just because Sark can't help himself. Someone let Sark know we made it to the national championship game with a bad OL and no TEs one time. We need to run a Colt McCoy style of offense exclusively...

I was just relaying what Petrino said in his post-game comments.

That BYU running back is a beast, can we get him?
