There has been a lot of talk about havoc plays, explosive plays and penalities (discipline). I think it would be interesting to look at some calculated stat using havoc plays, opposing team explosive plays and defensive penalities. My thinking is agressive defenses create havoc plays but can also lead to penalities and oppossing team explosive plays. Thoughts?

I've been quite curious which big time recruits we are going "all in" for this year. In the last few years there have been a handful of guys that we have basically refused to lose out for. Guys that perhaps we were behind for and surged ahead or flipped from another school. This seems like great strategy.. spend big NIL on guys at positions of need that will play early, potentially hurting rival schools that have the same need. 2025 Justus Terry, Jaime Ffrench, Josiah Sharma, Myron Charles, Kade Phillips (less dramatic recruitments in the year Lance Jackson, Jonah Williams, Lockett) 2026 Tyler Atkinson, Richard Wesley, Derrek Cooper, James Johnson (less dramatic recruitments in the year Bishop, Bell, Matthews, Turntine) 2027 Candidates so far - Easton Royal, Monshun Sales, John Meredith, Laden Williams-Callis, Ismael Camara, Semaj Stanford, Brock Williams, Kasi Currie. Don't think we're in it enough with KJ Green yet. Who do you think we will refuse to lose for in this group? Others?

That's my underlying thought... the floor guys. How would they look at being in that same WR class? I think what happens in 2026 has a direct affect on it all. If you can't make good on the concept, guys will seek to be the guy somewhere rather than team up. That Bama squad that Sark OC'd... the old USC squads... that's what he's trying to replicate here and these classes he's been able to stack should tell everyone that. If these kids are smart, they'll jump in. The man has been apart of 2 of the greatest dynasties in college football.

Speaking with Mike Bimonte today, he said it is certainly a more aggressive defense this year the offense faces in spring ball. He added there are so many layers of the defense that Muschamp can attack from that creates challenges for the quarterbacks.
