I was seated right behind the Longhorns bench at the old Texas Stadium. A bit too low for my taste, but I got to see how the players reacted to the play on the field. Too many turnovers and a little overconfidence. Texas should have won that game. I was living in Denver back then and my flight back was packed with CU fans and some were surprised they beat the Horns but I overheard a guy say "I've never seen so much Burnt Orange in my life and I hope I never see that much again!" Hook 'Em!

5-star John Meredith III back in Austin North Crowley 5-star cornerback John Meredith III will be back in Austin Thursday to take in another Texas spring practice. On the docket this trip is face t=to face time with Steve Sarkisian, as well as more time with Will Muschamp and Mark Orphey.

I pray she does well.

Oddly I saw him watching a home football game in one of the boxes last year, so he must be in good graces of the admin despite him being pushed out last year. (and no it's not my box, but a friend has one)
