You can still judge these things individually. The Sorsby case was absolutely insane, even the Trinidad case doesn't sit right with me. However, this is very benign. If Hutson enrolled even one year earlier in 2021 he cannot make this argument. It's totally reasonable for him to ask to be grandfathered in to a rule change that happened this off season. Or the Heinecke thing with OU. Obviously hate OU but that guy should be playing football, him being barred for playing lacrosse is dumb.

That's it for Sark. He'll participate in the FBS coaches' panel with the other FBS head coaches in Texas at 4:30 p.m.

Sarkisian on Bishop: “So for this summer, he's been working at DB. He's been learning our scheme. He's been learning the fundamentals and techniques. And then when we go back to fall camp, he'll go back to wide receiver again, with the notion of knowing, hey, if emergency strikes, here's a guy who already knows our scheme, and he can go over there and play on defense.“

-
Sark said Jermaine Bishop has spent the whole summer working with the defense. He'll go back to focusing on offense once camp starts.
-
Sark says Seymore’s body has changed since arriving at the beginning of June. Quick work by the strength staff.
-
Sark on Jermaine Bishop: "This guy loves football. Everything he does, he works on his craft."
-
Sark is proud that the three guys he's taking to SEC media days (Arch Manning, Trevor Goosby and Colin Simmons) are guys that they've recruited out of high school.
-
I would be shocked if he’s not your LG week one.
-
Sark: "We're not going to sacrifice character for talent."
-
Sark said some of the portal guys they took are a case of "seeing the forest through the trees" and trying to forecast what a guy will be like a couple of years down the road.

OTF Premium PHOTOS: Update on New Football Indoor Facility
UT Longhorn replied to CJ Vogel's topic in On Texas Football Forum
It doesn't look like it to me, but i could be wrong. Regardless, I don't see a reason why they'd need 2 goal posts on that field. The way practices are typically set up it's not necessary or an efficient use of space. -
Sark on Seymore: "We'll find out a lot more when we get to training camp. But so far, so good."
-
Laurence Seymore "has done very well" since getting to campus. Sark feels like Seymore's body has changed and responded well to the strength program.
-
Sark on importance of his recruiting staff: “I’m not the head coach who can sit around and call recruits for 2-3 hours. I’m game planning.”
-
Sark on calling plays: "This is how I learned how to do it."
-
Sark said calling plays as the head coach was "the way I learned how to do" after coaching under Pete Carroll and Norv Turner, both of whom called their own plays.

48 Days Until Kickoff: Who Was The Best No. 48?
Oldest Horn replied to Blake Munroe's topic in On Texas Football Forum
Ty was a really good player on some marginal teams. Shankle stepped in as a true freshman when Lance Taylor went down and never let go of the position. -
You sounded good on Victory+ 😆 🤘
-
“It’s great having Will Muschamp back, a guy who has been a head coach twice in the SEC”
-
Sark with a pretty detailed answer on the 5-for-5 rule. He feels it'll allow guys to develop properly without anyone worrying about the player wasting a year of eligibility.
-
The mic feedback threw me off a little bit.

Sark says Traylor (UTSA) has the oldest team in the country and that Texas made a concentrated effort to get older.
