I can't say for certain why it works or doesn't work in the NFL, but there's plenty of evidence that it hasn't typically worked in college. Is it possible a college head coach has more day to day responsibilities than an NFL coach? Like recruiting for instance.

This loss may do a lot of things, but it won't improve our mental health 😆 🤘🏼

Ultimately yes. It's called accountability; for the player and the coach. Something that appears to be lacking on this team

I don't disagree with you at all. Sark's no better than Herman in terms of his arrogance if he doesn't listen to CDC

If he has any sense at all, it will matter what CDC says

I see a lot of Arch hate around here. And while he most certainly deserves his share of the blame, how many of you are taking into account he's a product of Sark/Milwee after 4 years? In my opinion, I don't think Sark is taking enough blame for this himself

I think Sark believes his play calling and schemes are above reproach; and he could prove that to everyone if these damn kids would just execute every play the way he drew it up

I don't think this was cowardice, but rather insight into Sark's lack of confidence in his own offense. The real rub is he refuses to do anything about it.

I doubt they just send him out on the road and let him decide how much to offer each recruit
