As someone who's pretty far removed from my college days, I can tell you that Tre will look back on this decision with a tremendous amount of regret. I feel for him and his family, but I can't imagine the money is worth the glory that he'd likely have at the end of the year knowing he was part of Texas football history.

Texas is likely to take two backs out of the portal after the Wisner news. Cook fits a role that Wisner would have played and has extreme production. We’ll see what the price tag is or his overall interest from a nationwide perspective. Talented player.

Round Rock native and played at TCU before transferring down to Jacksonville St. Led the nation in rushing at that level, but is he talented or quick enough for SEC?
