It doesn't seem very long ago when we were pushing for OTF to hit 30k. I get excited about the thought of hitting 103k because it's easy to visualize a big sell-out at DKR like the Bama game... and having the thought that each seat will be filled with an OTF Texas fan. Hook 'Em!

Burnt Orange Horn -- It's easy to forget what a powerhouse FSU was. For a few seasons Bobby Bowden had the Seminoles rollin'! During that period of time Florida State was one of the "It" schools and was really popular with the young people. I was in Tallahassee several times in the early 1980s and I drove by the football stadium. The FSU football facilities weren't particularly impressive back then. For many years my job required lots of domestic travel. I always tried to look around college campuses and football stadiums when I was in prominent college and university towns. College football has grown a lot since about 1980. The advent of ESPN brought CBS and Fox into the business of televising games and that pulled in the big revenue. Hook 'Em!

Hey folks, This is something we’ve been wanting to do for a long time and finally gotten things in place. We’re joining together with the guys at 3rd & Longhorn to do a three-city tour of Texas prior to the season opener. The event is free. We’ll both be taping or recording a live show at the event. This is a really tough loss, he's the coach that gave Reese Atwood said signaled to her to swing while being intentionally walked in the national championship game 1. The team's hitting greatly improved when he came on board.

Good point, it's one thing to play in those games and another to win them. We should be in a lot of those games and we need to get in the habit of winning them.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head there. If that does end up happening, it has us with McDonald and Taaffe as starting S's, until Williams is good enough to return. McDonald is too good to keep sitting on the sidelines. Either way the competition is healthy and pushes everyone to keep working hard. Was even talk of Taaffe coming down to play nickel, which would have us with Williams/McDonald at S.
