  1. Past hour
  2. Wonder if this is muschamps vacation house😂
  3. The nuclear bomb dropped yesterday in regards to the swap of Pete Kwiatkowski for Will Muschamp will continue to have trickle down effect. Two positions I am monitoring on the defensive side of the ball are linebackers and defensive backs. Will Muschamp stepped foot on campus for the first time Friday morning and I was told he immediately took up with the Texas linebacking unit. What does that mean for Johnny Nansen? At the moment, I am unsure. However, if Muschamp is as hands on as this would indicate with the position, it could mean additional movement for the Longhorn LB coach. Additionally, what does Muschamp do in the back end? I mentioned Travaris Robinson as someone to watch to come in and fill the safeties coach void. The two have been tied to the hip at previous stops and it makes sense given their history together. Could Blake Gideon be in the picture? I am unsure at the moment. Meetings with the Texas staff and Muschamp will happen over the next week. I was told this DC move was a surprise to many defensive staffers, just as it was to the general public and myself. I still believe Texas will be in the market for a wide receivers coach as well. Chris Jackson's contract is up at the end of the season and based off of sourcing behind the scenes, I expect him to move on from Texas.
  4. To this day, I don't understand how Potts returned to the game so quickly.
  5. I always go back to this hit. The Tech hit I think Vasher had on that punt or punt return. And both Jonathan Vilma hits against Nebraska.
  6. This was the year after the Crabtree catch. In no way was Texas letting that BS happen again
  7. I don't think anyone has slandered PK. People are just noting he had some flaws and have differences of opinion on whether he is good, great, or elite. And the concerns aren't new, nor are they different than fans have about a lot of really good defensive coordinators. All of the flaws being discussed are the same ones that people have complained about after every loss (or win that was too close). At the end of the day, I think Sark just wanted to be more aggressive. PK is great, but I think he probably suffers with a little bit of Mack Brown's too scared to lose syndrome. And Sark has decided that to get over the hump (especially in the SEC), he needs someone more aggressive.
  8. He’s been critical of Sark over the years. I still recall when he was very quick to defend Jimbo Fisher and A$M and called him a better Coach than Sark.
  9. And the mediocre 12 refs still found a way to penalize Texas.
  10. Legendary. Mic drop 😂
  11. Adam's welcome to his opinion. Just like we all are.
  12. Lots of Georgia fans are upset about the hire. That’s a good sign lol
  13. Kindle would have been arrested for hit like that today
  14. Bobby mentioned this morning he took less money last season as well. Like many NFL QBs, he will take less to insure higher quality players around him.
  15. This was discussed this morning. I found it on YouTube. https://youtu.be/1cTdWsaki-M?si=G3uxZXfFQm8PQEtC
  16. Love PK, Longhorn legend. He was a HUGE part in bringing us back. Excited to see what Muschamp brings to the table…this is a bold move. Love the fearlessness and cant wait to learn what other moves Sark has up his sleeve.
  17. Today
  18. I can’t take the PK slander. We are 34-8 the last three years. Over that span, the D has been more impressive than the O. We can be excited for Muschamp, while recognizing PK did a great job.
  19. Has he been injured in a car wreck?
  20. Adam's right - Muschamp is not the Muschamp of '09. He's got 2 more rings 😉
  21. Not a smart take at all
