I think all of the criticism to Sark, Flood, Manning etc is fair and warranted. But I think the biggest thing that points t a massive issue is that Manning can’t audible a play. is that Sark being egotistical? Not trusting arch? Arch can’t read a defense good enough? Whatever it is, if your QB can’t change a play at the line you’re cooked as an offense.

Thoughts on my realistic staff draft? HC: Glenn Schumann. Great relationship with Muschamp, will be our version of Kirby as a known defensive mind who has a close relationship with the DC but doesn’t call plays. Also will not demand a top 5 salary. DC: Will Muschamp (retained). Has previously sacrificed ego to work with Schumann, would be trusted. OC: Mike Denbrock (Notre Dame,LSU). Would be the offensive head coach, and would need to be paid well to justify leaving Notre Dame. The money we’re saving on the head coach salary provides that. OL: Joe Rudolph (Notre Dame) DL: Jimmy Brumbaugh (UGA/SEC lifer) QB: Gino Guidugli ST Coordinator: Levar Woods (Iowa) DB: Blake Gideon
