I would be interested if any of the mods have any knowledge of whether Bray Lynch at Indiana (Westlake grad) has completed his undergrad studies as of the Dec 2025 semester end since he is a Redshirt Junior, although I do not see anywhere that he was an early enrollee, so he may really only have completed 3 1/2 years of college studies at this point. If he has, then coming home to UT for his grad degree and his final year of eligibility would seem quite attractive. If not, then transferring here to actually wind up with a UT undergrad degree could also be very enticing for the Austin native. Not sure if the mods are comfortable commenting on any behind the scenes interest by he and UT on this possibility.

Indiana has more national titles than Oregon. I don't want to hear about Lanning being some some kind of genius.

I have been struggling to understand/ categorize the Mendoza hype and seeing him when he is interviewed. Coach Ship just called said after the game he goes into "goof mode" and I laughed and could not put it better. In modern internet terms, he has zero aura or rizz.... a very odd duck, indeed. And now he likely will be living in Sin City with the trash franchise of the Raiders.... that will be an interesting sitcom. We can’t control our conference schedule. We do control our non conference schedule. Your schedule can make it more difficult for your team (and leave no margin for error) or easier for your team. Only a fool would make it more difficult on themselves and Cignetti is no fool. You don’t get a trophy for playing the toughest schedule.

All that talk about how his low S2 score didn't matter isn't aging well. OL/injuries or not, dude has horrible decision-making skills under pressure. And I hope the media doesn't treat us like last year where Arch is the favorite in everything and Texas is crowned champions before the season starts. Hope coaches and players are fired up seeing an Indiana team made out of "misfits" win everything. Don't know Arch personally but if he's as competitive as his uncles I know he's gonna be fired up all off season and I hope that permeates through the whole team.
