I agree. It will be interesting because he will have to change his tune about the OC role and let go of his buddy Kyle Flood. I understand the loyalty aspect, but there’s a line. OC is interesting because will he do it out of force or because he had a revelation? If it’s the former, it will be hard as a head coach to be successful.

Would any one really trade Schloss for Skip Johnson? I like Skip fine but even with the national championship I wouldn't trade places.

If we go 8-4 he will make changes (including hiring a new play caller). You have nothing to worry about there. 9-3 and missing playoffs will probably force him to make changes as well.

My original comment was related to him going 8-4 AND refusing to make changes. Do you think donors of the largest NIL collective in the nation would be ok with him running it back a 3rd straight year with no changes? Big programs like Oregon and OU have already fired their OC for underachieving.

Sark making changes vs replacing Sark isn't even remotely the same thing...how many other coaches have been to the final four 2 out of 3 years? I swear we are the most spoiled fan base outside of maybe Bama.

I think the “stinger” is the weaponry individuals possess. Each individual would have a different “stinger”. Arch may be excellence throwing long or utilization of the legs. Simmons, pass rush. Biles freelance. Wingo YAC…etc OL…hmmm…bull fighting?

I think Sark believes it's the explosive downfield plays. I'm not sure this team can execute those with the regularity of something that would also be described as bread and butter. What can they rely on every series or in crunch time?

If you are Brysen Wright, which offense do you think will best highlight your talents and let you play as a freshman? Miami or Texas. 😂😂😂 If he picks us its because we paid him twice what Miami offered.

I think a big part of Sark's MO is setting up future plays. He seems willing to lay a turd on one play if he can set up the stinger when you don't expect it. That's usually a deep hit, or one of those Wingo sideline screens etc... I love Sark actually, but sometimes I think he is gets too lost in the setup instead of just plodding down the field, and I don't think currently he has been taking the level of play of the OL into consideration in his play calling very well. He could help them out quite a bit by adjusting his playcalling a bit imo until the bigger issues get resolved. 🤘

The quick game with good blocking from WRs and TEs as showcased vs Ole Miss. The problem is the OL whiffs immediately off the snap or Arch takes too long to make the pass. It was highly effective with Quinn and his OL
