I like D Williams. Everyone of these guys are good and bring a skill set to The Table for Texas to be Successful. Candidly, it’s the intangibles for me that separate them. The physicality has to be there. NT=DP. Discipline, Focus, Consistency, Execution, Heart, Attitude, Mindset……Give me someone who is Poor, Smart, Hungry and has the Desire to The Best They Can Be. Performance Driven, Result Oriented! Let’s Go!!! Hook’em!!!

I didn’t interpret the cited post as critical of your information. I viewed it as a lighthearted jab. I actually think as far as the “attitudes around here” go, it’s pretty lighthearted and playful compared with the Very Serious People on the other boards.

You guys are incredibly jaded to want to just criticize a lighthearted post about a local recruit I’m excited about. Y’all’ve lost the plot. The main thing is just that this is fun. It’s crazy to me that Zina, Justus Terry, Brandon Baker, Cooper, Townsend are all ranked ahead of D Williams. I get that he had a down year, but remember that this is a guy Sark once projected to be a first rounder. It remains to be seen if he’ll ever return to his 2024 form. But none of those other guys have played as much or as impressively as Williams at his best. I do think all of those other players have the potential to rocket up the list, but I wouldn’t put any of them—including Baker—ahead of D Williams yet.
